Italy

Coastal villages, canals and long lunches

Best time to go
April to June and September to October
Suggested stay
8 to 10 nights
Pairs well with
The Swiss Alps or the Dolomites

Pastel villages above the sea, gondolas in Venice, lakes framed by mountains and food you'll talk about for years.

Italy is best enjoyed slowly. Rather than racing between cities, we’ll help you choose two or three bases, connect them with comfortable trains or private transfers, and leave room for the long lunches that make an Italian honeymoon.

Moments we'd plan for you

  • Private gondola ride through Venice
  • Boat day along the Cinque Terre or Amalfi Coast
  • Tuscan wine estate stay and tasting
  • Lake Como villa gardens
  • Pasta-making class with a local family
  • Sunset aperitivo with a sea view
